Real Word Ministries is actually “The CHURCH inside the Prisons”. On a weekly basis I minister at various prisons and state jails in the State of Texas.  The Lord is using me to minister to both male and female prisoners and to mentor them once they are released from prison.  
It was not Pastor T’s heart desire to go into the prisons. However, God set her up for HIS Glory!!! In 2005 Pastor T attended all of the training at her church and one of the local prison units to support two of her church members that had been formerly incarcerated. Pastor T had no intention of ever going behind those walls, but wanted to support her church members.

Matthew 25:37
"Then those 'sheep' are going to say, 'Master, what are you talking about? When did we ever see you hungry and feed you, thirsty and give you a drink? And when did we ever see you sick or in prison and come to you?' Then the King will say, 'I'm telling the solemn truth: Whenever you did one of these things to someone overlooked or ignored, that was me—you did it to me.' (The Message Bible).

God nudged her to do His Will INSIDE the prisons and the RWM Prison Ministry journey began. It took one inmate to question who she was after being allowed to minister one Sunday morning. That inmate was so persistent to find her that she received an early morning call asking if she was interested in preaching weekly in the prison. She prayed and later said yes………Pastor T is a Kingdom builder and is focused on doing the Will of the Father. She preaches from her very own real life experiences, she does not sugar coat the Gospel of Jesus Christ, but teach with the authority that has been given to her by the Holy Spirit.

She is truly a mouth piece for the Lord in this hour. She rebukes, binds up, cast out and show the love of Jesus Christ all at the same time. She does not compromise her beliefs and stands on the Word of God. She is a mighty vessel being used in this Hour for the Kingdom of God!!!

God has opened doors for this ministry to go INSIDE the prisons on a weekly basis. Pastor “T” has submitted the church to the Chaplains, Wardens and Officers and follows their commands in order to establish ORDER in the prison system. We are ministering at various prisons and state jails throughout the State of Texas.  The Lord is using us to minister to both male and female prisoners and to mentor them once they are released from prison. 

Currently the prison population in the United States has topped over 2 million people. The State of Texas prison system has over 154,000 male and female inmates. Texas has the largest inmate population. It’s time for the CHURCH to step in and help rehabilitate these men and women so they will NOT return back to prison. Also, for the CHURCH to take a stand so that their children will not be incarcerated in their life time. The statistics states that 70% of the children that have had a parent incarcerated will themselves go too. The devil is a LIE and there is NO truth in him! Let’s take back our children, the mothers and fathers for the Glory of Jesus! We CAN make a difference if we would all join forces and be about our Father’s Business.

We have been assigned by God to go into the prisons/jails and set the captives FREE in Jesus Name by teaching them the Word of God. We are teaching them how to not just hear and read the Word of God, but how to become DOERS of His Holy Word!
